If you purchase one or two artwork pieces from ARTAV’s collections, we will ensure that your artwork will arrive at its destination on schedule and undamaged, FREE of cost. If you purchase 3 or more items, we can provide the optimal solution services from crates to pallets, but you are responsible for all the shipping costs. Tell us your needs, and we will make it happen.

All artwork is sold as is. Buyer has five (5) days from day of receipt to contact ARTAV if the artwork has been damaged during the transportation. You may exchange it for another artwork at a similar cost. ARTAV is not responsible for covering the shipping cost on any returned artworks. All returned artwork must be properly packaged and fully insured prior of shipment.
